Return & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Corners Trading. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have up to 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
For Factory sealed item purchases:
Your item must be unopened in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The items were purchased in the last 30 days.
For single trading cards, including sealed promos:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions for returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that items are in their original packaging and unopened & untampered with if factory sealed.
The following items cannot be returned :
Items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Unsealed or re-packaged items that were originally sealed when purchased.
Sale or clearance items.
Pre orders.
Digital or redeemable items.
Purchases that are missing promotional items that come with the original item purchase (i.e. promo card or pre order bonus).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions or if we suspect that the returns were proven to violate our terms of use policy at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement.
If returning a new item, the original packaging and tags must be intact and not have missing or altered serial numbers.
Items not not have packaging or components deemed to be altered by hands or tools.
Items must not have evidence of unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications to the item and/or its original packaging.
Corners Trading reserves the right to deny service anyone suspected of violating its Terms of Use.
Exceptions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, Pre ordered items, and digital goods cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
Pre orders cannot be canceled.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement by e-mail store@cornerstrading.com
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. You should send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
